SHARON

(COMPANY MANAGER / INSTRUCTOR)

From an early age Sharon has always had a passion for Dance and Fitness. She trained in Ballet, Tap and Modern Dance and always enjoyed learning new steps and routines. She gained performance experience from an early age and always enjoyed being part of a group dance. It was here that her love of Dance was born.

Upon leaving school Sharon decided to follow her other passion for Business. It was from here she began a successful career in business and spent 15 years as an Area Manager. In this role she gained many skills and travelled England, Ireland and Europe working in this job. Her success came from her skill, determination, dedication and hard work, proving that she could do anything if she put her mind to it.

Having gained many years of experience and skills in her business role, Sharon still had a passion for Dance. Along with her creativity she decided to use all this and open her own company. A mother of two she always dreamt of having a place where children could go not only to learn dance but to meet new people, learn life skills, build confidence and a home away from home. She dreamt of inspiring young people so that they could reach their full potential.

It was here, three years ago, that Two Step Fitness was born! She re trained and gained her YMCA Aerobics Instructor qualification: Exercise to Music and Exercise & Fitness Knowledge certificates and also passed her Urban Funk Instructor course.

Sharon has spent the last three years making this dream a reality and has made Two Step into a successful business and a place of enjoyment for young people. Sharon has the capability to make every class come to life with energy, enthusiasm and fun! She is capable of working with people of all ages and abilities and stands by the rule that anything is possible if you just try - and of course, if in doubt....style it out!

Sharon has now broadened her skills and has created a sister company to two step, 'Flex Pex'. It is here that she has created the first UK company to work with body builders. Not only focusing of the Choreography of their competition routines, Sharon works on technique, performance, poses, confidence and a whole lot more, producing championship and competition winners throughout the UK.
