Two Step Fitness was established in 2006 as a Dance and Fitness Company. Our Instructors are all Fitness and Dance Professionals coming from both teaching and performing backgrounds, providing a wealth of experience and knowledge to our students. Our instructors are fully qualified, are CRB checked and are First Aid Trained. We provide Classes in our own Studios, along with supporting the Extended Sports Curriculum for Pre and Post School activities. Outside of school and regular classes at our studios, we train our Two Step Dance Crews, who enter competitions and perform, throughout the UK and Europe. CLASSES Specialising in Street Dance we also provide classes in Hip Hop, Contemporary, Ballet, Comercial Jazz, Lyrical Hip hop, Dancers Technique, Aerobics, Body Conditioning and other Fitness based Exercise Classes. Our regular classes are currently held at our Studios at Flexibilty Gym, Bedford Town centre. We can also provide classes at your own choice of studios or location.
WORKSHOPS Two Step Fitness can tailor-make workshops for your school, either full-day covering the whole school, or alternatively a half-day covering a target group. We have worked (and continue to work) with school partnerships where funding is available. Clubs can be fully funded or part funded and part paid by students, or fully paid by students alone. We also provide instuctors for Trinity Award Workshops, outside of schools, helping students to gain bronze, silver and gold awards.
CREWS Two Step Fitness have two Award Winning Crews who enter competitions and perform throughout the UK and Europe. Both 'Elite' and 'Dfye' train at least 3 times a week and work on group routines, solo, performances, pair routines, along with their own choreography and freestyle. Some of their performances include, TK Maxx Comic Relief - Bedford, Chelsea Football Club - London, Opening of the Rebok Store - London and annually in Rovigo, Italy, to name but a few. If you can dance and love to perform, a Two Step crew could be for you! If you have dedication, determination and have the talent to go with it, come and audition for a Two Step Dance Crew! SCHOOLS We have provided classes in more than 50 schools covering Bedford, Luton, Sandy, Biggleswade, Milton Earnest and Rushden, to name a few. We can provide an instructor for Lower, Middle and Upper Schools covering pre-school, lunchtime, post-school and curriculum classes. Whether its for regular classes or help with a school performance, we can provide the right instructor for you.
PARTIES/FUNCTIONS If you want to have a unique party whether its birthday, hen night, works party or team build, why not try a Two Step party? We can provide an instructor to teach your guests a short class ranging from a beginner to advanced standard, a studio or your choice of venue, merchandise, photos and video packages to remember your party, DJ to entertain and performances from our crews. Prices do vary but we can provide either small or large scale functions to suit every individual budget. You tell us what you want and we'll arrange the entertainment for you!
PRIVATE TUITION Do you have a competition or audition coming up? Do you want to take part in a class but do not have the confidence and want a few lessons on a one-to-one basis before joining a class? Then why not book in for a one-to-one session with one of our instructors. It’s a great way to build your confidence, improve your technique and work on your own individual skills. We can work with you to achieve your own personal goals, help with creating a dance piece for an audition or performance or just generally, to build your confidence and skills to use in your classes.
